Copper Mountain Opened it’s 40th Season on November 2nd! The U.S. Ski Team and international pro athletes were well represented at Copper’s Opening Day with moderate turnout from the locals and Front Range skiers. Copper is reporting 7″ new snow in the last 48 hours. They have five trails open being serviced by two lifts. Bouncer, Bouncer Park, Main Vein, Rhapsody and the Learning Area are open and are accessed by the American Eagle and Easy Rider lifts. Ptarmigan is expected to open today for top to bottom skiing and riding! Upper and Mid Mountain have 18″ bases.
