What to eat?
As the temperature warms up and snow fall turns to rain, we are left with our ever messy Mud Season. Mud Season is a time when things in our county slow down and make the transition to the summer months. The number of tourists goes way down and our hard working seasonal employees head back to their hometowns. For those of us who stay behind after the winter season leaves, we have some adjustments to make. So do guests coming in for the off season. One adjustment we all have to make is our food choices. Some restaurants close down completely and they do not re-open again until the busy winter months. Other restaurants take a well needed vacation for a while and come back to the summer months. For restaurant closings in Summit County head to The Locals Guide website for a detailed list of closures.
