December is finally here! Take a look around town and you’ll find all sort of fun events for both adults and children. Summit County has your December fun going on RIGHT NOW!

Copper Mountain – Copper Mountain has finally opened its Rocky Mountain Coaster. This is sure to be a hit with visitors of all ages! Check out Copper Mountain Resort for detailed updates on this new and exciting addition to Summit County. I know I cant wait to ride!

Keystone – This winter Keystone presents the 2nd Annual Kidtopia Spectacular, a week of festive on-mountain fun for the entire family. Visit Keystone Dec 15th – 24th for great kid fun!

Breckenridge – Right around the corner is our ever popular Dew Tour! The event will serve as a U.S. Ski & Snowboard Olympic qualifying event for men’s and women’s halfpipe and slopestyle snowboarding and skiing competitions. This is a cant miss event so clear your calendars December 14tth – 17th and get ready to do the Dew!

Frisco – Come enjoy an afternoon of tubing at the Frisco Adventure Park on December 4th at 4 PM. Come tube for FREE and try out the new tubing lanes at this amazing park. This park is a family favorite and good for anyone of any age. This is a reservations only event so get booked and arrive early for a free afternoon of fun!

We booked a trip to Colorado, and being Florida natives and not used to driving in the snow, we wanted to shuttle from Denver Airport to Copper Mountain Resort. A friend recommended Summit Express. The driver (Christopher) picked us up at the scheduled time, was extremely friendly and helpful. He talked with me the entire 2 hour ride to Copper Mountain and gave me lots of local information and tips that were very helpful during our stay.

The return trip was just as accommodating. I didn’t get our drivers name, but he was friendly and helpful with our baggage and airport transfer. Overall, we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service. I strongly recommend using this express if you’re not familiar with the area and terrain.

From now on, these guys are my new shuttle service when travel around Colorado. We had a mishap with our luggage while on our way to Breckenridge. When we realized it, United Airlines called me and explained to me that I had to go back to the airport. Scott, from Summit immediately asked me if he could speak to the rep.

Long story short, Scott tried to explain to the rep that they can go back to the airport and pick up our luggage…they’ve done it before for customers in the past. Unfortunately, United couldn’t give us a straight answer, so my friend and I had to make the 2 hour drive back to Denver.

Either way, Summit and Scott were amazing. They gave us a great rate to go back to the airport and back to Breckenridge.

Go with Summit if you plan to make trips around Colorado. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely loved working with Summit Express! Could not have been better. We were shuttled from DIA to Breckenridge various times over two months, using 28 shuttles in total. Not once did Summit Express make a mistake, every transfer was perfect. Always on time!

We loved their friendly customer service. They were flexible when we had to change our schedule multiple times at the last minute, courteous to our needs, and they really cared about making us content with what we were buying. They are all about their customers and I could not think of a better company to use.
