Reliable, safe, great customer service.

We’ve used SummitExpress for our last two trips to Cooper Mountain for transport to/from DEN. Both times I was impressed with the customer service for booking, changes, and day of coordination.

On our last trip returning to DEN involved snow storms and traffic. Our driver Jeff was a pro. I felt safe with him driving, he kept us updated with ETA, and even had a decent playlist going.

Summit is really good. I took the wrong bag off but the driver exchanged it for mine within an hour. That was super nice. Then I had mixed up my return pickup and flight times. Starr at their office noticed my mistake and arranged for an earlier pickup. I am so impressed with their service and attention to detail.

Easy reservation on the app! Answered emails immediately. Driver arrived early and waited down the block as not to make me stressed out. Did 3 pickups on the way to the Denver airport and was fast. Highly recommended!!! Fair price and had skis, boot bag, and suitcase which was fine.

Great service and very convenient. Stress free way to get from fever airport to the ski resorts and back. Recommend to anyone looking to get the ski resorts. Very timely as well and made great time. Would recommend being diligent and planning for i70 road slow downs on the return to avoid any risks of getting to the airport late. In my experience the shuttle service is not at fault, just bad roadways out by the resorts that cause delays. So plan properly when requesting your pick up time.

Summit was recommended by our front desk. They were super easy to deal with and handled our reservation easily. Super easy to find at Denver airport.
Jeff (our driver) had a full shuttle and dealt with it well! Warned us along the way of spread out drop off addresses, etc. Made us feel comfortable.
